Raleigh experts can you help? 531C with Gieppeme dropouts. Has Worksop "W" serial

Raleigh USA but on frame but can't find a reference to it in any catalogues. Would like to find out exactly what this is! Thanks for your help.

I think it was sold as a frameset only, maybe 1985 or '86. The serial number will tell you what year.

Sorry about the poor pictures- didn't take the non-drive picture, got it from the seller. I figure the components were most likely non original.
