80/90s Steel with awesome paint?

So I'm looking for an 80/90s (maybe 2000s?) steel frame with something like the Colnago tecnos/master lux (read: fancy) paint style.

Besides those frames, are there any good steel frames with similarly awesome paint? I'm planning on building this up with 10s chorus/record.

Ebay search for hoosierbikesupply. NOS Titan frames. Not the lightest steel, but if weight is that big of concern then buy alumnium.

Rossin Ghibli is my favorite paint scheme, too bad I can find one in my size.

Fondriest has some ornate paint jobs in the late 90's.

I think the majority of the more well known Italian companies in the 90's had outlandish paint jobs.

You could look for a Landshark also.

I'll cast a vote for Miele. The Canadian Colnago, LOL, strongly influenced by Rossin. I didn't care too much for my "splatter" paint job at first, but it grows on ya. I've seen several different paint jobs since then too, some pretty cool.

Concorde did some weird stuff as well. Somec was also far out with their pant jobs, they had a lot of wonderful schemes. Actually, some french builder started it all, I forgot his name though.

You can get a NOS Giordana frame with the backgammon paint scheme....
Otherwise, a wide variety, from the marbled/smoked fades of Ironman bikes to those already mentioned.

+100 on this!

Zunow fluorescent paint is crazy and some of the "Pez" Somec decals are amazing.

Ooh and by the way-- I'm buying a 55/56cm if you're selling!

Looking for esp Serotta/Colnago 80/90s steel.

Anybody ever ride one of those? They look a bit pricey for a Thron (or similar level) frame with no fork that needs to be chased and faced, but some of those paint jobs are attractive. I wonder how they ride.

Basso's!

Well known for their two and three tone paint jobs that used colors that had no business being together, but somehow looked pretty darn great...

Mine -

I'll throw in my Fabio Barecci to, even though I actually might have the only one in North America. I've only seen a couple in Spain, their country of origin. Great paint job and some nice frame details to.

If you find one, please let me know!
