That was a huge overshoot. Landing flat on a jump 1/10th that size scares the crap out of me.

That's just wrong.

On about the fifth rewatch I managed to actually watch the bike and am happy to report that he apparently did a very good job absorbing most of the impact with the middle of his tibia/fibia and the bikes looks like it suffered nothing more than a bit of sandblasting.
