puch royal force bottom bracket

Hey guys,

I've bought a Puch Royal Force frame recently. Do you know what threads they used for bottom brackets? I've tried a Shimano 35xp1 (which seems to be french) and it doesn't work.

Many thanks!

Puch builds to BSC/ISO standard ("English")

one thing to be aware of on some of the lower models is that 26.0mm steerers were employed which means that headsets for such frames are special

the 26.0mm steerer is sometimes referred to as "Austrian size" in the world of bicycle jargon

it is not found on the upper models

juvela thank you for this useful info

From what i've seen, Royal Force seems to be their high-end model... maybe i'm lucky

So, should i look for a 1.37x24T bottom bracket?
