What's counts as skinny? I'm on 23mm sew-ups as I've been since dinosaurs roamed the planet. I don't see that changing unless I can no longer buy them.
I love the frame, but the Campy modern four arm crank and non-quill stem are giving me the irrits. Why why why do modern parts have to be such eyesores.

this is Italian Stallion #2 . . . thinking red tape (and, perhaps, saddle) might look good in the future
gotta remember how to spell Tommasini . . . two m's and one s

That’s a simply stunning frame, so much Italian goodness. Pure eye candy. It’s too bad today’s modern components can’t do it justice.
EDIT: I see that sentiment was already expressed in post no. 3.

Those parts do a disservice to a gorgeous frame, regardless if they’re “period correct.”

Everything about that frame harkens back to an earlier era, from the chromed lugs to the tubing manufacturer to the frame material itself. Virtually nothing about it says “modern era.” And in my opinion, neither should the parts.

Looking forward to a ride report, and some close-up pictures— especially those stunning chrome lugs.

Just stunning and those are over-sized tubes, not normal diameter tubes! (:
