I also think not. Somebody went to the trouble of cutting and filing a "club/fiori" in the BB shell, but too much work (if not impossible) to change the other frame details.
Do you know what the seatpost and threading are?

Met the nicest guy ever and Santa Cruz. But we have both come to the conclusion or at least I have convinced him that he does not have a real Colnago.
It does have some campy cranks from 1976 and in damn fine condition. Campy hubs, front derailer, and superbe everything else.
Hey I forgot, Cinelli stem and bars. He would take 300 for it If anybody is interested. You can find it on the Santa Cruz craigslist.

Without seeing the rest of the bike, it sure plays the part of a beater.
All that exterior rust makes me believe one will find plenty more within every bearing race.

These are cranks that have pitting, but they look like they were not "used & abused."
The anodization has not been rubbed off and the spot where a toe clip strap would rub and they seemed un molested.
The webbing where the crank arm meets the chainring holder has no cracks.
The year they were made, 1976 might be very useful to someone trying to do a proper restoration.
Using the following guide, based on my observations, I called them "FINE,"
I didn't tout them to be anywhere or anything above that.
PS, this is why I never buy anything from a coastal region

- Brand New or New In Box (NIB). [10] New. ...
- Never mounted, but shop worn. [9.8 to 9.9] New. ...
- Super Mint Condition. [9.7 to 9.8] Perfect. ...
- Mint Condition. [9.5 to 9.7] Near perfect. ...
- Super Excellent Condition. [8.5 to 9.5] Super nice. ...
- Excellent Condition. [7.0 to 8.5] Nice. ...
- Good Condition. (6.0 to 7.0)
- Fine Condition. [5.0 to 6.0] Fair. ...
- Poor Condition. [Less than 5] Poor.

I would call the condition of nearly all the parts seen in the photos "poor". Rust, scrapes, pitting, flaking chrome - it's all there. You can do - and already have done - better.

probability of pitted spindle and or cones is significant. Not to say they are not serviceable, but show me.

He said because I came out, shared time, looked at his 73 Porsche project, I could just have it.
But y'all were so damn negative and confinced me this was trash, I walked away.
Normally I would have shared parts with those who needed them. You know, so they could RIDE their bikes, not enter them at Auburn, ETC.

You asked if it was a Colnago, folks chimed in and said that it wasn't, myself included. Then you presented pictures of the parts on the build stating their condition and others disagreed with you....If you felt differently and altruistic about sharing the parts with others, in my estimation you should have. Let the folks you are offering the parts to make up their minds if the parts are worth it to them....your choice.
BTW some of my bikes have parts similar to those you presented pictures of.
Best, Ben
