DougRNS this week you should go to nearby Eastman and get a fresh holiday Pecan Log Roll. Maybe Stephanie will autograph it.

My ex bought a bread making machine. She had no experience baking bread and the bread from that machine was wonderful. She tried all kinds of variations but my favorite was coffee bread.
Plus, you set it up to be ready when you wake up so you can smell it baking in the morning.

Well, I managed my first cycling activity in a month this afternoon and it didn't inhibit my pedal stroke. See Strava. 60F+ and light traffic. Couldn't pass on that.
It is tempting. I wish it wasn't so far. Also, I'm vegetarian.
And I have no idea why you wouldn't ride MARTA to go downtown.

I think I need a new cold weather cycling Jacket. The current one is over 10 years old and it’s blue, which is a fine color but I think I want a bright yellow one for better visibility.
I am guessing all the cool kids choose a Castelli Perfetto jacket, but they go for $289. Any suggestions for a thrifty cyclist? Or should I splurge since it’s a once-a-decade purchase?

However, I'm minding my business cruising along the Browne Squirrel Boulevard, it's a four lane road, there's not other vehicle within 1/2 mile either direction, and some idiot lays on his horn when he passed me.
Me! Me! Me! Look at me! I'm so important driving down the road!

The painted elephant sculpture is one of about 40 or 50 dotted around Christchurch and the surrounding towns. Companies sponsored an artist to decorate them. They will be in place for a couple of months and then they will be auctioned to raise money for a charitable trust that helps people who've suffered a serious brain injury. Previously a similar thing was done with painted penguins and painted giraffes, though I can't remember what charities those ones were for.

I think we split off from any other land masses long before large land mammals got anywhere close. Large extinct penguin and sea reptile fossils have been found. The only mammal fossils would be early seals, whales, porpoises, sealions and bats.

Man, I forgot, or wasn't paying attention at the time, that one of the reasons the bears disappeared is because people were protesting the 9/11 bear.
People are dumb.

Handy! One of my riding buddies has changed jobs and apparently families too so I had no way to get hold of him.
Tip: Get an email that isn't reliant on your boss or your other boss.
Stava now knows how old I am though. It probably thought I was 96 based on my stats. Its disappointment is palpable.

Now I see. Odd it's not on the website.
Are there wholly mammoths in New Zealand?
RMO a period ~2000 where there were 20-30 decorative bears around Knoxville. People went around and photographed them. Sadly, almost all disappeared from the public space within a few years.

I like cheese cake. But am not a fan of pie. I thinknits a texture thing. I'm ok with the individual parts of pie, filling and crust. But combined...no bueno. Yeah, I know.
