performancebike.com havent shipped my order yet **********
is there a problem with shipping or stocking parts at this place ? they have all the parts i ordered in stock but the item havent yet been proceeded after 1 week and a half , no shipping info, nothing, last time I ordered from them i received my item in less than a week !
is it normal for this company to delay the shipping like this ?
do they have a email contact ?
i need my things, Ive paid for themalready (and my dad ned his tire for next week he's got a 200 kilometres trek ride and wont do it on knobbies)

Performance bike's cheapo shipping takes forever. The one where Fed Ex ships the package for the first part, then hands it off to your local post office for final delivery.
Plus, iirc, the tracking is updated infrequently.

My last performance order took a bit but I believe my item was on backorder. After the status updated to being in stock I received it pretty quickly.

They say they will email you when your package has been sent, but I have ordered from them many times and never gotten the "Package Shipped" email. All of my stuff has arrived on time though. I just don't get the email.

i ordered something from them on the first. had them ship to store. email said sept 22 est delivery! luckily, you just have to keep calling their customer service. their order status online thing sucks. unfortunately only half of my order arrived. i have to go back there AGAIN.

I stopped ordering from Performance three or four years ago. They shipped promptly only when I opted for two-day or overnight shipping. For standard shipping, they took their sweet time. So most of my online orders in recent years have been with Nashbar, which almost always ships my stuff within 24 hours.

I belong to Team Performance and never had any problems with shipping from them. I get e-mails when they ship my orders and it is always there in 2 days. Check Nashbar, I think they are owned by Performance.

This is one of many reasons I use Performance only for things I want eventually, not something I need now...or even soon.
I placed an order for something with them about a year and a half ago and paid for 2nd day air because I wanted it before a trip I was going on. They waited 5 days, then shipped it 2nd day air. A phone call to them was useless and I basically got a weak apology and nothing else. I never got my parts in time and I learned an important lesson about dealing with Performance.

problem is i am deaf,i can talk to them but i wont really hear them lol. and the service to call stateside is damn expensive !
