BB recommendation
I need to put a campagnolo ultra torque crank in a PF30 frame. What BB is recommended? What BB should I definitely stay away from?

You will need something like this. Ultra torque PF30 adapter.

I'd go with the cups made by the manufacturer of the cranks. Why do you think campy makes bad bb cups? They make bbs in a various range to let you put their cranks if various sized bb shells, just like most other crank manufacturers.
