Do these wheels exist?
A lightweight (sub1600g) fixed gear wheel set, tubeless or tubular, modern wide width (i.e. 17-19mm internal width) with a quick-release front wheel that aren't crazy expensive?
Background:
I have a Trek 420 steel bike converted to FG that I use as a road bike. I like the ride quality/flat protection of tubeless over traditional clinchers, and would like to have a wheel set for this bike that's similar to my Bontrager RXL tubeless (but for significantly less $$$). I'm also open to tubular. I periodically load this bike onto a fork-mounted bike carrier, and having a bolt-on front wheel is just annoying when there's no reason it can't be quick-release.
All the track-specific wheel sets I see are 2000g 563-spoke monstrosities. And if they're not that, then they're stupid expensive. Just curious if there's something out there that is close to what I'm looking for that I'm unaware of. Thanks!

American Classic sells 20/24 spoke track/fixie axle sets. Very light. Very sharp. You can lace those to any rims you want. Or have your favorite builder do it. I can't find any on ebay right now, but here is a link to a rear on bizrate. $163, not too bad a price. Theoretically you can use a regular road hub on the front.
