Ergon GC-1
These came up in a thread on the Hybrid Bikes forum. Just picked them up today for my Big Dummy. I haven’t dialed in their position yet; just did a quick install at the bike shop. The improvement was immediately noticeable. I just had basic Oury grips previously. I’ll have to spend some more time riding and probably adjusting them a bit too know for V sure, but I think ordering these will be the right value choice for me versus buying the new bars I was thinking of.

Ergon's aren't really made for sweeps like that.
I'm looking at that stem riser extension and I don't think a bar swap can help when you possibly need a bigger bike.

It’s an uncut steerer, but yes, I could have done with a bigger size. It has worked pretty well with an almost upright position. The problem I’m trying to fix with these is wrist discomfort. It’s a pretty forgiving frame (Surly Big Dummy). Only 4 sizes offered, which is 3 more than most cargo bikes.

I've been using Ergons since the originals.
Thought the price was high... but I've had them for 15 years, kinda worth it.
Outlasted 2 bikes.

When I converted the drops to flat-bar setup (on my Road bike), the used bar/stem/levers combo came with Ergon grips.
I believe they're GC1's. I like!

Not to sound harsh but you should maybe start verifying your info before offering advice. You seem to give out a fair amount of incorrect info. These grips are in fact made for a swept bar, and cargo bikes like this one tend to have a lot of adjustability of fit built in, including a long steerer.
