Expeience with Panaracer Gravel King Plus for touring?
Hi - I have been touring (all pavement) with Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires - decent but not perfect flat protection. Beasts to mount. I am going tubeless - shop says Schwalbe does not sell tubeless. Shop is recommending Panaracer Gravel King Plus (35 mm) tires. My main concerns are (a) flat protection - I will be riding on the Interstate a bit, plus in areas with ghost heads (desert thorns), (b) difficulty getting tire on and off and inserting tube should that prove necessary. Rolling resistance is a concern but less so. Experience? Recommendations?

I used these tires in the same width on a month long loaded tour of PEI Canada this summer. I had one flat which was caused by a faulty tube so great result in that regard. They also are nice feeling, pretty supple tires, nicer feeling then the Schwalbe marathon supreme tires I used previously. I did run these with tubes on Velocity Dyad rims and mounting and removing was easy. Recommended!
