There are a few other forums that are dedicated to framebuilding.
https://forum.customframeforum.com/
https://www.velocipedesalon.com/forum/forum.php
Additionally, there are a couple of Facebook groups that focus on the framebuilding that would be good to post to.

Note that the main framebuilding facebook group isn't for selling. There is a secondary group for that.
There is a for sale thread in here that used to be a sticky. Bikeforums marketplace forums are for upgraded members only.

You in Santa Barbara? There was one for sale on the local CL, I was too busy to check it out at the time.

There's a Google Group that has mostly amateur/hobbyist builders, with a couple pros who chime in now and then. Used to be more active, seems to be petering out for the last few years. It's moderated (I'm a mod there), and for-sale posts are only allowed if you include your real name and location, asking prices and pictures. Be patient if you post; it can take a while for a mod to approve your post. Once someone has shown they aren't a bot or scammer, then you get to skip the moderation delay.
The Velocipede Salon FB forum is also very low-traffic these days. The CFF form seems to be much more active.
You can also check out the MTBR FB forum, another low-traffic site.

I'm pretty sure that VS wants all their for-sale ads in the classifieds section, which may have rules similar to bikeforums. They kind of ran a lot of amateur builders off for a while, and it never really recovered.
You're supposed to be an upgraded member to post for sale ads here. Did I already say that?
