Tiagra 4600 on Dur ace 7800

Hi!
Does anyone know if Tiagra 4600shifters is compatible with Dura ace 7800 derailleurs?

Yes, they are compatible. Both have a 1.7 pull ratio. Here's a chart listing the specs. Row 184 for the 4600, row 246 for the 7800. Bicycle Cassettes & Drivetrains - Google Sheets
