Raleigh Pro frame sizes
I saw this on eBay listed as a 51cm. I thought the smallest size for a Professional was 52cm (20.5" like the International).

75 brochure says you are correct, seller may be off on their measurement.

It would be helpful to see the other end of the measuring stick, i.e., the starting point.

That looks like a Mk IV fastback cluster (1972ish). Measuring mine, the size is 20.5" or 52 cm C-T, which matches the smallest in the 1972 catalog. Technically a scooch too tall for me, but after 42 years I've become used to it.

Yea , I always understood that they were 1/2 sizes . I am pretty sure that is center to top . Mine is 25.5 0r 64cm. It looks taller to me because the frame on my Mark V looks even huger than most of my others. It is very comfy though. Joe
