I constantly confuse adult Mexicans with teenagers, and teenagers with nine year olds. But. I have the diminutive stature card in the mix. Nowadays I just don’t use age related language unless the are clearly small children, or graybeards

Training out in the wild with full aero setups huh? Disc wheel etc... I ride shallow rims when training outdoor on my TT bike nearly all of the time, unless preparing for an event. I wonder if they were doing some very specific training!

As for a study, you could be right. My doc does a lot of studies and I do have a lot of rules to follow. Also, I was quizzed heavily about taking meds and how I take them and whether I miss dosages, etc.

Perhaps. Not to be political, but I’d never move to a state that places sever limitations on a woman’s right to healthcare.
Ive been setting my kids up for the same when it comes to college. Regardless of scholarships or anything else, I won’t pay for a school in any states that restrict the same either.
It’s also why I won’t go to Oklahoma for the Mid South gravel race- regardless of how great Bobby is and how inclusive his race is, gas, lodging, sales tax etc will all go in part to the state, and as a dad of 2 girls, I can’t justify any financial contribution to a state that would treat them as 2nd class citizens, no matter how small the contribution is.

Yep, def. a head cold going on that I most likely picked up from Liz. Darnit. Was really hoping to get some TSS in tomorrow, we'll see about that. Maybe I'll stick indoors and just do 3-4 hours of z2 on the trainer. That's still solid TSS and it avoids any undue spikes in power, HR or effort. Then I can take it easy next week.

Ya who knows, could just be in the area for training? Not in the loop with racing out there.
I do come out to southern Az often for El Tour (de Tucson) and Valley of the Sun Stage race most years. Never been to northern Az, but I have some buddies who have good things to say about the trails. Might have to come sometime, and hit up Flag and Sedona while I'm at it (for MTB).

I know the battery is used. What I am wondering is if what happened today is typical for an old battery with Di2. I am willing to buy a new one if I know that will solve the problem.

I put a used system on my Propel and the battery performed similarly. I sprung for a new battery because mine was older and was missing some of the electronics like being able to integrate with my Garmin. My new battery does hold a charge longer but it still runs out quicker the second 50% than the first 50%.

Also, some of the replacement batteries out there are junk. Mrs bought one for one of her phones and after a couple months it won't charge back to 50%.

There was a guy who came to our club rides in full-on TT set-up. He wasn't a problem for anyone except he didn't bring tools or a tube or money or anything.
