Florida man?
We've all seen his exploits on the internet (and we know that means they have to be true), and we all know there are similar people in other states doing the same crazy things. Post those exploits here, even if they'renot from Florida like this guy.

One of my Facebook friends is in Florida. Every morning he posts the latest exploits of Floridaman, a crypto-hominid species that seems to defy genetic connections but appears to be more of a cultural/anthropological phenomenon.
I suspect it's just a case of Florida being the drain hair filter for the United States.
In the above case, the fellow from Kentucky was probably en route to Florida and his Floridaman kin when he got lost in Tennessee and was relieved of his burden by a friendly bear before getting a shot at the nation's gigantic hair filter.

Florida being one of the most populous and diverse states, I’m sure you could do the same with California, Texas, New York. That would cover 1/3rd of the US population

Folks I know who live in Florida say it's not exaggerated. The problem appears to be the warm weather attracting homeless and transient people who often are mentally ill or have chronic behavioral problems - IOW, misfits.
Combine that with drugs and booze and it's a recipe for creating Floridaman.
I've visited Florida several times and lived in Pensacola for awhile. Even by Texas standards for erratic misfits, Florida was pretty messed up.

Florida Woman made an appearance today: "Naked And Belligerent" Woman Busted | The Smoking Gun
Looking at her photos, you wouldn't think she would have a problem with getting turned down.

Dunno whether Jimmy followed the advice of his predecessor.
