Anyone have an excel file for power based training level calculations?

I completed a search to no result. I'm lazy and would like to have an excel sheet where I plug in my FTP and the Power Based Training Levels for Allen and Coggan would auto calculate. Additional rows to add dates to would be nice to see progression. Searched google but I came up empty handed.
Thanks

You should be able to create such a spreadsheet in 5 minutes Google Docs, then share it with us all.

Then there's this.

You could also sign up for a free trainingpeaks.com account, and it will calculate them for you.
