I’m hesitating to just let it go by its own or add a reserve price around $400. Does it sound reasonable to you? It ended at 120CAD on eBay.ca but the sell never paid so I relisted on eBay.com because it might have better chance and more buyers.

If it almost sold at US$90 .... why would you set a reserve of three times that much? How would that help? If the buyer never paid, he might have found a better deal .... and if CaD120 was too much 400 is way too much.
I see this: Shimano Ultegra DI2 6870 11-Speed groupset for about $250 US. (It is very tempting even though I don't need it.) If you have mechanical Ultegra, I imagine it would be worth less.
Ultimately ... try it and see? It is funny, I have the cash to buy both and I really want to, even though I have no need and no real use .... but hey, I could upgrade the Ultegra bike to DI2, my 105 bike to Ultegra, my other 105 bike ... and then ..... man, my brain is sick.
Hope it works out properly however that might be.

I've got no advice for your pricing. But, pretty much all rim brake mechanical groups are being sold for what I would call low dollars. I sure understand not wanting to sell for less than you think they are worth, but in reality, they are only worth want someone else is willing to pay. Being that there is a glut of rim brake, mechanical components available, IMO, putting a high reserve on it almost guarantees it will not sell.
I have a barely used Dura Ace 9000 group set that I considered selling, but I got no takers for what I thought was a reasonable cost. I am either going to considerably lower the price, or, keep it and put it on one of my bikes, likely going to be the lower price.
I just saw the above post, $200 Canadian does make some sense.

I may be interested in it. Could be an upgrade to my around town Reynolds 853 frame bike. I'm in Kingston.

In my experience, reserve prices scare away bidders. After all, people come to Ebay for bargains. Instead, you might decide what price is the least you'd take for it, add $10 or so, and put it up as Buy It Now.

How long is it worth having on your shelf taking up space just to see if you can get that premium price? The answer to that might be partly how your family and friends can tell if you are becoming a hoarder or not.
You never can be sure you'll find those few people that are will to pay that much for it.

People hate reserve auctions, so fewer will participate. Start at $400 if that's the minimum you'll accept.

Sometimes you just have to roll the dice. I had a full r8000 Ultegra mechanical I was trying to sell as a set , but had no takers at $550 US. I ended up parting it out and ended up getting $825 selling individual parts as some items got into a bidding war which I thought was pretty stupid, but what do I know.
I've been thinking of selling one of bikes, but not sure if I want to part it out, or try and sell it as a whole bike. Weird times right now.
