While I love the ridiculously absurd “looks like a box” line of thought— it’s so classic BF hater form, one has to marvel— there aren’t more than like 5 returns from a Google image search for “Trek CHRGtime,” which tell most of the story. It’s obviously an integrated USB hub connected to mains. A quick call to my local Trek shop confirmed there is no onboard battery, and the hub outputs 65w max at 13amps across 6 ports, which are ‘quick charge’ battery charging specs, so that’s nice. At $125 for everything pictured, that’s not too bad, so I’ll probably order one of these.

I'd pay $25 for on. May as well make one but for now my still hangs from the cords on the wall in the garage out of the way. They are are lite enough.

While looking for something else this morning, I came across the manual. I like that there are lights that indicate when each device is charged, but apparently the lights may only indicate the charge status of Brontrager/Trek devices. And although I would like a solution to the clutter of cables where I charge my Edge, two Garmin watches, two Bontrager lights and two Apple Watches, the clutter doesn't bother me enough to buy one of these.
