Best I can tell is that your free hub or freewheel is not so free. Usually a chain jumping around like that while coasting is the first indication something is up with your freewheel or free hub.

If freewheel, then just take the wheel off the bike and then liberally spray some very light lube or WD-40 in it to loosen it up. Free hubs you need to know which it is, but they are easier to take apart to clean and lube. Freewheels can be taken apart too, but there are lots and lots of tiny bearings to go everywhere. And freewheels don't cost very much so not really worth the time to try and save a bad one.

Definitely a freehub or cassette problem.

If the freehub is not properly tightened on the axle, then the whole thing will slide left and right, moving the cassette and dramatically changing the chain angle. Similarly, if the cassette lockring is not sufficiently tightened, then the sprockets will be able to move left to right on the freehub body.

Conversely, if the freehub it too tight on the axle, or has some kind of other internal fault, it will prevent the pawls from engaging and disengaging with the teeth on the inside of the hub.
