FS: 1975 Peugeot PX 10 21" CTT w Stronglight headset

Hi folks, thinning the herd. Here is a 1975 Peugeot PX10 frame, full 531, 21" center to top. Original paint, lots of chips, original decals, no dents that I can detect. Chrome is in great condition.
Includes Stronglight Competition headset, good condition. $95 plus shipping via Bikeflights.

I would have take this with close eyes , is my size, but shipping to Romania is way too expensive. It is true that is close to 200$? Thanks!
