Looking for a bicycle with this brand logo

I'm new here, I'm a dutch bike admirer, have Old Dutch myself. Looking for a bike brand with this logo:
Can anybody help me please, what kind of brand bike is it? Not sure if it is dutch.

Looks vaguely familiar, probably because Concorde also used a 'C' with 'something' in it, but I can't link it to any brand I know. If it is Dutch I would like to know too. Good luck with the search.
