Modolo Mach 1 or 3 brake levers
I bought these for the hoods which now live in my Redcay. They are aero, but appear to also support non-aero routing.

$25 shipped or trade for interesting (to me) stuff. Could probably use TA Pro 5 VIS chainrings (46 or 48 outer, 34 or 36 inner), a few rolls of cloth handlebar tape.
