Hi, can someone tell me why some Jumbo Visma riders wear different color jerseys apart from Sepp Kuss in the Vuelta?

Valter in red and green for Hungarian national champion, van baarle in red for Dutch(Netherlands) (Dutch right?) national champion. Sepp Kuss in red after he was anointed Vuelta over all champ after fighting off his devious uncles on stage 17.
