What Brand Bike Is This?

Does anyone recognize the make and model of this bike? I believe it's 650b.

Brand is Kona. I think it is a Libre, but am not sure.

The titanium paint really threw me there, because the fork definitely has the shape of a carbon piece.

The bigly down tube does make aluminum the likely frame material at first glance though.
