Should say right on the shifter.
I think two of those models actually listed the RD they'd work with, right on the shifter.
Courteous of them to do so.

It might have said at one point but these are old and the sticker is long gone. I think I do recall that sticker on my '98 520 back in the day...

7700 was the first Dura-Ace series designed with the same cable pull ratios as other Shimano indexed derailleurs. Consequently, it should work with the SL-BS64-8 bar end controls and 8 speed cassettes.
