Put Formulas laced to any decent rim and the Kilo will be 10x better.

I agree with all of this. Burgandy, pearl white, and maybe metallic blue would be great choices. WC stripes are really cheesy on this bike, IMHO.

You'll need a shim to step a 1-1/8" stem down to 1". Thomson makes these. The stock Kilo stem is 110mm long. The angle is 6*, IIRC.

OP: The bars you posted from eighthinch are actually more like dirt drops. Look for dirt drops if you want a shallow drop bar. Like re-cycle said, track drops are not shallow.
