Anyone know of flat downtube cable stops?

I have a Miyata 912, converted to STI shifters. I have a little clamp on ring with cable stops that I currently use, but would like stops with adjustable barrels. The frame has a single boss that sticks up from the middle of the tube, and there is a metal piece that screws on to it with bosses on both sides for downtube shifters. Those bosses are flat.

I have a set of downtube stops with barrel adjusters, but they are curved to fit a tube. Anyone know of flat ones? I have been searching but can't seem to find any.

Later Shimano bolt-on downtube cable stops that came with aftermarket STI shifters did have flat faces to match "oversize" downtubes so you might be able to find a set of those in an older bike shop. Here is an internet source that sells both the concave and flat versions:

Another possibility is to put the ones you have on a disc or belt sander and grind the bases flat.

If barrel adjusters are your goal
another route might be inline adjusters

here are some, that have male/female on each end, so you can just plug them directly into your current cable stop clamp (instead of floating mid housing)

Check Bike Recyclery--they're on the internet. They usually have several sets of housing stops. Most are the concave type, but they might have some flat ones.

I've seen this design of bike before. All you really need is a barrel adjuster for the front shifter (assuming you are using STI levers) since you already have a barrel adjuster on the rear derailer.
I might suggest you just get an in-line barrel adjuster, as xenologer recommends.

Thanks for all the replies, you guys are correct in that I'm just looking for a barrel adjuster for the front derailleur. For some reason those inline adjusters have never crossed my radar before. Thanks for all the links!

Yellow Jersey fabricates their own barrel adjuster for a single downtube braze on. They are not cheap, $50
