Man, if I can get a carb for 10 bucks, that'll piss me off - it seemingly takes 5 bucks just to ship a friggin' o-ring for the bowl. In any event, when I took it apart, the needle looked fine, the float didn't have a leak/gas in it and it moved freely on the pin, I made the emulsion tube Spic and Span, etc.
Not that I'm aware of.
Choke does the job to get it started, but once it's started, partial choke will kill it.
Yes.

Consider the horsepower it takes to just run those blowers.

We are in Granada. We have a 2 BR apartment in the Albacín district which is very beautiful and on a hill near the Alhambra. There do seem to be a large number of tourists, but they seem quite civilized.
The apartment has a lovely patio with a fountain and orange trees, as well as a rooftop terrace/patio.

I rented a city bike yesterday and rode from Málaga to Torremolinos and back. Here in Granada busy with family activities so no more cycling. Así es la vida.

Ditto. Just finished disassembling two hot smoked turkeys for those who can’t get enough of the fried chicken. 24 people altogether at our friend’s house. We also did the cornbread stuffing and gravy. Now it is just waiting for 1:00 to pick up the chicken and then on to lunch at 2:00. The wait truly sucketh. I’m starved.

Nice. When I was there in '98 The Rough Guide for Spain, a thorough, pull no punches guide book series, warned of the real chance of robbery in the Albacin. Maybe things have been made safer since then. We explored a bit, but my traveling companion was not comfortable there.

Every time I have spoken with a native about where we are from, the response has been the same: “Rocky!!”
The tap water here in Granada is very good. I imagine it’s from reservoirs that capture the snow melt off the nearby Sierra Nevada.
Did you see any of the parade today? Daughter #1 marched with her college marching band.

The front desk girl in Bruxelles, 2013ish warned I should put my laptop inside the main compartment of my backpack when she saw me walk in with it in the jacket flap thingies, corner sticking out for all to see.

I took a walk but didn’t go down to the parade. Did see some bands after they were done marching. So windy. I took a couple of photos of the river by the falls and had trouble keeping the camera steady
