I am curious as to what everyone wears on there commutes as far as improving their ability to be seen by motorists? Lights, Jerseys, Reflective Vests, nothing at all?

You'll get a lot of notice (especially the unpleasant kind from cops) riding nude.

nothing special at all. motorists here are pretty respectful of bikes and we have a lot dedicated/segregated bike lanes with separate signaling systems.
i wear a helmet, and a front light/rear blinky that i use after dark, but that's it.
as far as clothing goes ... i have only one pair of shorts/one shirt that I use all the time with warm weather.

I sometimes commute at night.
I use a NiteRider mNiewt.600 bike light, which is about as bright as a car headlight. https://www.niterider.com/rechargeabl...-cordless-new/
I use a Cateye reflector/light combo in the back. https://www.cateye.com/en/products/detail/TL-LD560-R/
I wear a Nathan cycling vest. It is neon yellow and has 3M Scotchlite reflective strips sewn on it. https://www.rei.com/product/835587/na...1-001b2166c2c0
I wear the reflective vest, so that way, I can wear anything I like and it doesn't have to be cycling specific. Just throw the vest on over it.
I get alot of room when cars pass, and I can hear them slow down as they are approaching me.
You can also buy rolls of scotchlite tape and put it on your bike. Put it on cranks, fenders, spokes, sky's the limit. The more you have, the more you will get noticed. Putting it on moving parts of the bike is good.

Brains mostly, following vehiclular cyclist tenets to become a more visible prescence on the road. At night I have headlights and a pbsf taillight. headlights are primarily intended to let me see where I'm going though; the fact that drivers can see them too is incidental.

This goes a very long way toward keeping one safe.
I think you need to always be aware and assume that drivers are now paying attention. For example, I recently saw a video of a crash in the forum that I would've thought was potentially preventable if the cyclist rode differently.
During the evening commute, I often get into packs of riders that contain several who just don't care and I'm always worried about them (going through red lights, wearing headphones and not paying attention to opening car doors or pedestrians leaving shops.)

I wear an orange safety vest. To it I've attached an extra blinkie. I also have three taillights on my bike, and one on my helmet. I also have four headlights on my bike and a fifth on my helmet. I also have lights on the side of my bike.

I wear a bright colored shirt. Sometimes it is a bike shirt, sometimes it is some other form of athletic shirt, like no-cotton golf shirts if I can find them in obnoxious colors. Also have lights on bike helmet. When I am wearing long pants, I also wear reflective ankle bands that add visibility.

I have a rear blinky and an airzound horn. I started wearing hi-vis yellow cycling jerseys all the time and I've no longer needed my air horn. I strongly recommend some sort of hi-vis vest or jersey. I've had coworkers tell me that they saw me a mile away with my "neon yellow" on their drive to work.

I work graveyards, so for most of the year I go to and from work in darkness/fog.
On my bike:
MagicShine headlight - blink during the day, steady at night
AirZound
Amber Spoke light on front wheel, Red Spoke Light on back wheel
Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires (reflective band)
PDW Radbot 1000 on my six
Retroreflective star stickers on my fenders
Whatever panniers I'm carrying have red blinkys on the rear as well
pedal reflectors
On me:
Helmet, gloves, safety glasses
when it gets cold and rainy, hi-viz waterproof helmet cover
hi-viz/reflective shirt (from alert shirt)
if cold/windy/rainy, sugoi zap hi-viz/reflective windbreaker
My jersey knit long-sleeve track-suite top has been festooned with iron-on retroreflective patches
I've put iron-on reflective bits on my gloves as well, but I've found that a good contrast on the back of the hand-area (like white/black patches) works best for getting attention when signaling.

I like this
from Jogalite. They call it a yield sign, it's actually a slow moving vehicle sign. It just snaps around your waist or a saddle bag and shows up well night or day. I keep waiting for people to ask if I'm Almish.

^ Amish, not Almish.
I've thought about getting one of those too. Motorists around here are used to seeing them on the Amish buggies and may end up giving me some more room when passing.

On the spokes are reflective spoke tape. The panniers have it as well. I have two tail lights but usually just use one. I also have a light on the bars and one on my helmet which I use in the dark and just the bar light when it is raining. I wear a safety reflective vest in dark and rain too.

I've just got a MagicShine MJ-808E up front and a five-inch eight LED taillight under the seat, and on my backpack I have three more LED taillights attached. I wear a helmet and one of two pairs of SIDI MTB shoes, or a pair of Bontrager MTB shoes with eight #7 slotted hexhead sheet metal screws screwed into the sole for winter traction. I also wear forearm pads and knee pads, and mount a set on Nokian Mount and Grounds, when the roads are REALLY bad in winter. Usually though, I don't worry about the cars in winter because they all seem to already be parked in a ditch. Seriously, I commuter year round because I can get to work more quickly and safely on my bike in the snow and ice, than I can in a car.

I prefer to wear black and take the lane while riding the wrong way ... just kidding
but seriously adding a strobe to my left drop has had a big improvement on the close passers giving me more room.

I have a single headlight
3 Flashing tail lights - 1 on the back of helmet, one clipped to reflective belt and 1 strapped to left ankle so movement catches the attention of the drivers.
After reading what everyone else has I think some reflective tape to spokes as well as rear triangle.
