You should care because every dealer I went to when I was looking for a 7.2 FX was offering the 2009 models for about 100 to 120 dollars less than the 2010. I'm not sure there is too much difference...

I'm in the same situation but I can save 120 dollars with the 2009. For 75 dollars I would also probably jump on the 2010 but for 120 I don't know.
