Crank arm bolt question

This is an older Shimano 105 crankset with 8mm hex bolt. Is the left side a left handed thread like the pedal?

CyclAmi TPU; any experience?

Thinking about TPU tubes. I like the notion of the metal stem on the CyclAmi brand.

Does anyone have any experience with this brand? Feedback appreciated.

Also, I use CO2 cartridges on rides....

I've been doing a lot of Rouvy riding for the last 2 years. Rouvy uses 7 zones so I've been doing mostly zone 3. As I review my rides, I find that my watts are increasing for the same heart rate. ...

Yes. I have 14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-24-27-30. I did this versus the standard 14-28 for big climbs like Mt. Lemmon. This, combined with the compact 50/34 gives me a lot of flexibility. I ride...

I’ve been riding the same 1998 Litespeed Classic for the last 45K miles. Updated to R8000 Ultegra 11 speed, HED Ardennes Plus wheelset, 28mm GP5Ks. Not the lightest bike at 8 Kg but still a smooth...
