Finally below 240 lbs! I've had 3 Beers in the last month. More like 6 weeks actually. Why must we become fuel efficient as we age? No bueno!
Just finished ac + sweet spot work out for the 3rd time on Zwift. Good lord that's a tough one. Legs feel like jelly.

I had a nice club ride. About 12 of us did 50ish miles without a ton of climbing while about 6 others stretched it to 72. A little windy but nothing like it was here in the wind tunnel.
One of the ladies told me she hopes when she's my age she can still be riding. Ouch. I know it's meant as a compliment but still....

A small cafe in the mountains had a family of polydactyl cats. I first met them in 1989. Here, I am holding the last of the descendants who lived until he was 25. They made a plaque with his picture on it and hung it up after he passed. The cafe, which was said to be around 100 years old, burned down in the Station fire in 2009.

Decided to hit the gym in PHX. Usually I get on the bike and but today I decided to lift. They actually have BB which is nice. I started with dead lifts. 7 sets of 10 slowly increasing the weight. That felt good but man have I gotten weak. I used to be able to deadlift 350, I won’t say what I did today.
Did some leg extensions, leg curls, press. Then I went to some BB bicep curls. first 3 sets good. Last set I picked up the bar and my back tweaked. Holy **** it hurts to breathe. Getting old sucks.
