After this mornings indiscretions.... Doesn't look so new anymore lol. Fezzari (D2C brand) carbon frame, 120 / 115 Fox Factory suspension, Sram GX with carbon crank. The rest of it is crappy and alloy and will eventually be replaced with lighter, nicer bits. Gonna put a faster rear tire on there too, maybe in the front as well.
I'll take a nicer, staged photo another time after I clean it

Oh, there's a dropper on there. Hard to tell since the collar is right at the top of the seat tube, so it just looks like a normal seatpost collar
So far, so good! Think I need to stiffen up the rear shock a bit. Way more forgiving than my HT, not as snappy either, but some of that will get mitigated with faster tires. This weekend I should get to take it on a proper shakedown ride.
The re-branding is interesting, I am also not sure why, "Ari" sounds kinda dumb IMO. On a separate but related note, a buddy of mine is a brand ambassador, so I got some extra hookups. It was an Outlet model that had been demo'd so the price was already very attractive.

I was wondering if it was one with the collar right at the seat tube. Also, there is mud right down to the collar. Usually that's a clean spot when I finish a ride.

Then when they spot a meal they slam on the brakes and dive in to get it.

I always thought Fezzarri was a cheesy name for a bike brand.
Cheesy but no cool factor like you have with Rock Machine mountain bikes.
I just spotted this beauty the last couple days, top notch branding right there. I need to walk by that rack some more see if I can get a better pic of the BAMCBASE

Ya I'm not in love with the name "Fezzari" either. Or "Ari" for that matter. I really wanted a Santa Cruz Blur TR if money was no object, but that brand has a lot of hype and "curb appeal". Same with the Orbea and the Scott, to a lesser degree (also 120 mm XC bikes). The price was just too damn good on that Fezzari.

Today I get to guide my team in troubleshooting our ICP mass spec, which is misbehaving. We have samples stacking up from production (our group) and various R&D groups. No external samples at least - that's a different kind of pressure (customers).
The scientist in me is excited - troubleshooting is fun! You get to learn something (most of the time) and increase your skill.
The manager in me is stressed - we gotta get this thing going ASAP so it doesn't eat into our labor resources for next week.
For now, the manager is winning. My boss would be proud.
