75 mile club ride today, my longest in a while. Felt pretty good after the first 25 miles.

One of my favorite Cannondales is for sale cheap but unfortunately it's been destroyed by trainer time

As an aside, I really don't get people using steel bikes on trainers. It's like the worst possible pairing.

Also, I guess if you keep a bike on the trainer it really doesn't at all matter what bartape you put on there
