flip the stem, switch out the crankset, remove the taillight for pics...otherwise it's a nice plain black CAAD 10 in my opinion

Take the tail light off. Properly stage the bike. The crank and wheel positioning are all wrong. You are on the wrong cog in the back. Get rid of the spacers, flip the stem and cut the steerer tube down. The handlebars are rotated to far up. Throw the FSA crank in the garbage. DA wheels are nice, but deep carbon wheels with no logos will get hots in here. Seat rails are shiny, go carbon.

I'm not HrN expert like bianchi, but I would think all black chainrings would work best (insert praxis works recommendation), and then a flipped stem. Other than that, not THAT much you can do besides some deep carbon wheels to completely change the look. It's nice as is though. Not hot, but nice.

G'day all. !st post, 1st bike, 1st ride this morning. Built her up all from ebay. Everything you see here came in at just under $3000AU. Pretty happy with the looks, and it felt great first time out. Although, I don't know what to expect, as I haven't ridden a bike for 18 years. Hot or not? To me, she is somewhere in the middle. Went with the red, black, white theme and decided to keep the gumwalls that came with the rims. New ones would look better, and I may just purchase some in the coming weeks.

Agree with Bianchi about the stem, maybe do a white stem? Yes, it's true, white bar tape might look good, but to me it's just so unpractical that I have difficulty advising anyone to do that. Otherwise, I'll have to say great job on posing your bike and following the OCD rules on here!

I like the look of the Look.
Only thing that looks odd to me is the Cav stem. The shape of the back of the stem looks odd not slammed with a flat bearing cover.

Fairwheel bikes will have options for both the blue anodized seat post collar and chain ring bolts (look in the chain ring section for the bolts). I have had good luck with the KCNC seat post collar but would recommend using plenty of anti seize on the Ti bolt.
Parlee Z5 SLI update time...Finally got around to adding a blue seatpost collar, unfortunately the cheap aluminum piece of dogturd actually broke on the first ride, so now looking for another! Also am looking for someplace to get the crank bolts anodized or powder coated , so if you have suggestions, let me know...oh, and I switched the bottle cages to something even lighter but more functional and changed the saddle to something I find very very comfortable but doesn't come in pure black...I suppose a true OCP would get it recovered? Am dropping the stem by 2.5mm a month, but won't ever slam it all the way.

Not certain why my SL3 photo is displaying fine for some members and not for others, I'm not doing anything to block it.
Thanks for the compliments.
