Recent copy from an otherwise un-wacky ad:
It is a very light weight bike since the frame is made from aluminum annoy I believe

I have a brazed bike.
Carbon Fiber bonded to Carbon Fiber Lugs.
Carbon Fiber tubes bonded to aluminum lugs.
Carbon Fiber wrapped around aluminum tubes and bonded into stainless lugs.
Bonded aluminum fork.
Monocoque Carbon Fiber Frame
So "welded" does tell one a lot, although it could be steel, aluminum, or titanium. Well, maybe not a Gary Fisher bike.
What is the Titanium lock? Is that worth the $100 asking price?

Mountain bike Dual shock 18 speeds comfortable seat groceries basket - $49 (Green bay, WI)
https://greenbay.craigslist.org/bik/...273359756.html
Good bike with comfortable seat better than original. Dual shocks feel good, an excellent mountain bike for the forest with good tires. 18 speed. Front brakes work good and safe. I disabled the back brakes as it slowed down the bike. All reflective panels are present and safe.

Ok, I don't post a lot of stolen bike ads, but this one is a bit on the wacky side.

Hopefully the previous owner is reconsidering putting fake Colnago stickers on his bike
If only he had a 70cm frame, no thief would have been able to straddle it.

Perhaps the seller expects 50% offers and would jump on a $750 offer.
That Fuji is beautiful, but this is the problem with vintage second tier used bikes. If new,it might be a $1500 bike, but that is a 30 year old bike without the vintage appeal of Italian racers or boutique shop built bikes

I have, on occasion written to a seller identifying mislabeled or poorly marked items, and sometimes get a positive answer, and sometimes they insist they are right with their mislabeled product.

I don't email sellers too often about stuff like that but when I do there is usually no response. I don't email about prices though...figure they'll find out soon enough on their own lol. I did email a guy with a decent bike a few months ago to let him know the "problem he was having" was his fork was backwards. He thanked me and asked how to fix it...he never updated his ad about having done it though.
