It's not bad. Not at all bad. I only have about 40 miles on it so far, so I'm not sure what needs or wants improving just yet--still just working out adjustments.

I've updated my Redline Conquest Team Carbon that I posted a long time ago with this thread. Finally made the jump to hydraulic disc brakes and Ultegra 6800, and I couldn't be happier! Best mechanical groupset I've ever ridden hands down, and it makes me question the need for Di2 on my road bike. Oh, and the brakes are absolutely phenomenal. Modulation for dayz
With heavy 32c slick tires and wheels and tubes, it comes in at 19ish lbs:

Do you know what the original weight of the bike was? I have a lower model carbon Expert with Apex groupset and Alex 6 wheels. It come in at around 21.5lbs. Want to lighten things up but was thinking I needed to swap out wheels and tires to get there. What wheels and tires are you using now? Hydro brakes are the bomb too...
If you want to lose weight off your bike, wheels and tires are definitely a good place to start.

This is my Sensa Fermo SL. I have only had it three months or so but my road bike is definitely getting less use since then (which obviously was part of the plan).
I use 28mm slick tires on the slightly crappy original wheels for urban riding, the occasional "Strade Bianche" type ride or even for normal road riding when it's wet and generally too horrible to get the road bike out ..when most of the ride is on dirt roads or off-road I put my nicer Easton wheels with CC-tires on...it's a lot of fun in all those scenarios, wish I'd bought it sooner...

Here is my new cross bike. It is a Ridley X-Night frame built up with mostly Campy Chorus 11sp. It has an Athena long cage rear mech, Ultegra 11-32 cassette (shifts great), and Avid BB-7 Road S mechanical disc brakes. I just picked it up today and I am racing this weekend so it will be a good test. So far I am thrilled.
