Santa

So I talked to Santa this year and He said Ive Been Good!! I got a Velocity B43 in electric red with an allcity fix/fix hub set. Super stoked! being built tomorrow ~ and it will match my electric red Deep V up front. Super style points on my campus. well super legit points I should say all the new fixie guys have deep v's now' ~. Us delivery boys have to keep a one up on style too ya know! OOOOoo! not just that! Santa also said since ive been EXTRA GOOD this year I Get a new chainring too! So of course I did what any one with a around a 150 dollar limit would do and bought a 47t Sugino Zen *because i know you all would do that too ahhhhhhh, sooo sweeet. So come late december will post some pics on teh velo and show you guys the nnnnnnneewwww setup! 47/17 or 47/18 (pending on which fits with other cog) for those long windy days of 8hr shifts and 47/16 for personal pleasure and pleasant shifts. A little lower than a 46/15 but soo many coworkers ride that and I'm gonna get a one up on them for JUMBO hills now~or at least thats my diabolical plan! muahahha. haha even though hills have little to do with the majority of deliveries lol. 3.07 GR is still bit too much for personal likings. Either way super stoked and I just wanted to give a shout-out to my main man---Santa Claus for being such a great guy and Santa, I'll make sure to leave you some extra special cookies with your skim milk this year!

In the past two weeks, I have ordered another set of bullhorns, new drops, three stems, some cross levers, grips, a cassette, shorts, a jersey, a single speed conversion kit for my MTB, some wheels, two sets of pedals, two freewheels, some tools, and some carbon fiber headset spacers. Just about out of money.

I was thinking about a set of these wheels for my pista. Is it a good deal? I'm also planning on buying a 48t sram omium crankset and a 17t cog. Is there a place you guys would recommend me buying the mentioned parts?

I haven't really bought anything recently but my very awesome wife bought me a set of Sun M13s for xmas for an upcoming SS build. Also, while at work today, a good friend of mine stopped by the shop with a lugged SE Premium Brew frame & fork and said "Scrod, you want this? I've had it sitting around for ever and I'm never going to do anything with it". "What do you want for it?", I asked. "Uh...pay for beers next time we go out?" Score!

I was planning on picking up a chrome Kilo frameset when they come out but now that I have the PB, I'm scrapping the idea because I happen to really dig this frame. I'm sure those M13s and the assorted other parts I've got (Brooks B17, Panaracer Paselas, etc.) will look pretty sweet on it too!

I bought a stem since I stupidly stripped my old one while experimenting with different bars.

As long as he's not Australian, that's a definite score.

Right???

I know the SE Premium Brew frame isn't anything mind-blowing (MaxWay frame...isn't it the same as the Fuji OBEY?) but the lugs look nice and the metallic dark green color is really rad. I didn't really need another Kilo anyway...I'm just a sucker for chrome. I'm stoked.

Found an almost new Elite X2 stem. Really wanted a Masterpiece seatpost but settled for a barely used Elite.
