Got myself a Medium Bailey Works bag as a Christmas gift to myself. I love the bag so much I'm thinking about getting a small one for summer commuting. My wife also got me some winter riding gloves.

My wife got me some new shoes but they are road not mtn so the soles are mirror smooth leaving the spd cleat hanging out high and dry. Hopefully easy enough to exchange. My daughter got a playmobil biking family. Both kids got smartwool!

Well, my employer gave me a Fred Meyer gift card. So I got two frozen pizzas, two gallons of chocolate milk, some munchies, some hot chocolate, and a few household items I needed. And I turned on the heat in my apartment for a day. 62°F, woohoo!

Commander, UFO Bike
Three pair of wool socks (one Columbia, two Smartwool), a couple of toe warmers, and a pair of waterproof bike gloves. Perhaps I'll stop having digits snapping off after a comute home. (Now if I could only do something about THAT other cold weather casualty...)
Merry Christmas!

Nothing bike related, but a Mr. Coffee Frappe machine, Eddie Bauer fleece vest, 2 sweatshirts, couple of games, nylon track style pants. I'm going to order for myself: long sleeve jersey, Magicshine light, and fenders.

Clipless/platform Shimano PD-A530 pedals and bike shoes as both were on my list...
Except the pedals are SPD and the shoes are look-style (three holed). But the shoes look pretty, and returning gifts is always awkward/annoying, so I'm just going to find one of these:

I got a few winter items from LL Bean. Two crew neck fleece shirts for those rides in the single digits to go with the Insulated snow pants for anything below 0f. I also got a pair of their heavy-duty boot socks. I'm always experimenting with different wool socks to see which work best. I've used the Wigwam Comfort Hiker merino wool socks. And they work good. We'll see how the LLBeans' compare. I've been using the LL Bean Snowsneakers down to about 5f with gaitors and toe warmers as extra protection. Anything lower than that I use snowboots. In my comparison tests done last winter. I learned that Primaloft is far superior than Thinsulate. I would be hard-pressed to believe that 200 grams of thinsulate would work in -20f much less in the single digits. I recently ordered a pair of The North Face Baltoro II 400 boots from Zappos. And they were too narrow, even going a size up. My next test is the LL Bean Wildcat boots with 400 grams of Primaloft. Those Pearl Izumi GTX Barrier Winter boots should have a pocket for a chemical warmer, cause you'll need em' riding in frigid temps.

Got a pair of Royal off-road cycling pants. They're REAL stout canvas w/a little neoprene. Looking forward to using them. 2 pairs Smartwool over-the-calf socks. Pair of Marmot modular, waterproof mittens and a handmade 100% close-knit wool beany from my mother-in-law. Got my wife a freewheel and chain from Harris Cyclery. Not romantic, I know, but the fw is a 14-34 6 speed for her old Specialized Crossroads that she LOVES. The old fw went to 28t. It wasn't enough for some of the hills around here. She got tired of doing the 'hike of shame'. She's delighted w/t 'bailout option'.

I forgot to post this: my gift from my sister.
This picture is from the website (Oregon Cyclewear). Mine is this color but without any lettering. It's AWESOME. Imagine the softest, most comfortable sweater you own, cut like a proper bike jersey. Perfect riding garment for cool to cold weather and good looking enough to wear with jeans around town. I can't say enough.

My girlfriend and her mom pitched in to get me a Garmin 405cx, and just before christmas I treated myself to a CAAD5 frame that I can spend the next few months hanging expensive hardware from.

Ended up with a bunch of great bike-related stuff:
(Alien 2 26-function multi-tool)
(Sugoi Wallaroo Merino base layer)
(So I don't have to use a slippery phone book under my wheel when on the trainer anymore!)

Shimano MW80 winter bike shoes and a new wheelset for my touring bike (the wheels aren't ready yet, but they're Swiss TK 7.1s with XT hubs). Unfortunately, the weather has been too warm to really test the winter shoes, but I went for a 2 hour ride in the rain today and my feet stayed warm and dry.
Edit: Oh yeah, a truing stand too. A nice addition to my garage which is looking more and more like a bike shop every day.
