This is a 1986 Centurion Elite RS,sold new for $6XX. Below the Dave Scott Expert models. Owned for 5 years.Mechanic owned. Has new tires,modern drivetrain,still a 12 speed friction bike,more pics available.Has newer steel 39 X 52 tooth chainrings.Six month old chain & freewheel,Has cartridge BB.Recent rebuilt hubs,needs nothing.New brake pads,comes with touch up paint,all cables fine, thinning my collection.

This classic Phillips 10-speed was made in Nottingham, England and is in excellent condition for being 40 years old!
The size is 60cm with a 33" standover height, (good for taller person 6'9"+).
The bike has been tuned and has had new cables and housings installed. It has the original leather saddle (very comfortable) and also has beautiful chrome vintage wing nuts for front wheel and classic shift levers on the down tube.

Looks like Lotus had a top of the line Italian style bike in the early 80s, like the other companies. Theirs apparently came with actual Italian parts though, unless someone upgraded this particular one.

1984 Loatus Competition, Oxide Green, 58 cm. Complete Campy Record groupo including the seat post. Frame is Columbus SL Chromoly steel, 18 lb. total weight, Saddle: Trico Sport, Cinelli 44 cm bars up-front. Rims/tires: Araya Red/ Continental Giro gum-wall tubulars.

This bike is in very good condition with minor scratches near the left side rear drop-out, main and head tubes. Everything works perfectly and it has been completely serviced by Eddy's Bike Shop in Montrose, OH. Zack and his crew can vouch for the condition of this bicycle. The minor scratches are the only reason this bike is not listed as mint. This was my first serious road bike which was designed with the 45 degree angles like all the top European race frames of this era. This bike is still beautiful and fast!

"The bike was custom made by Cyclery North of Chicago. Reynolds 753 tubing is no longer in production due to the high cost of welding materials preventing profitable mass production. Frame makers had to be certified before they were sold the 753 tubing. The bike is speedy and weighs around 19 lbs. Its componets consist of Vintage Campagnolo ATHENA and RECORD 7 speed. And I am looking for a Chrome Paramount, I wasn't able to PM the guy because I wasn't a member on his forum...thought I'd ask if anyone had any luck here.
So in the future retytard...please stay out of my post.
In the mean time I'll drop by here looking for vintage luged bikes in a 60+cm. in like new condition.
