He is accurate, but just doesn't throw the lasers. He can move, and can knock folks around. I think he may work on his arm strength, and do much better.

rjones, do you just give a number and leave or do people ask for a number with adjusted number each month? (like sales forecasts?)

Rough day. Hot and really poor air quality. They told everyone to stay inside and avoid strenuous outdoor activities. 32 miles this morning with the fast guys, with a 30 minute interval in the middle at 27-28mph-ish. Then 4 mile run this afternoon in the heat, which took 4 minutes longer than normal because of the heat/air quality. I didn't realize it would be that bad, yikes.

Just got done with intervals (45-60sec @max HR with 2 min recovery) for 45 min with a 20min cool down on the MUP. The only people out there were my wife (who was running) and me. Maybe cause it was 98deg with 15mph wind. I don't feel too good right now.

Razor I would pay more than $500 but my area holds bike values too well...it is like no one has access to the internet.

In my training today our newly minted cat1/2/3 state champion was on the ride today (as well as 2nd in cat 3) that always makes things interesting.
