I doubt that, those losses only occured to teams that are proven to use steroids! I have the needles to prove it....

The UCI doesnt want to get involved in my opinion. WHy the UCI is passing the ball to the spanish federation anyways? doesnt make any sense to me.

That's standard protocol actually as far as I know. The problem only is that it's questionable what the spanish federation will do next...
