Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Absolutely correct. I've been trying to work with artistic filters and warmth/softening to emulate what my Wife paints like...It's a lot of fun and I've been able to get close. I'm jealous of people who paint : (

We actually got an IN with our local Dog shop...its a family run place, and the mom makes coats. we picked out the fabric (nice warm fleece on the inside, waterproof purple on the outside) and she made it real cheap for us. I suppose you could always email them and ask them if they could make you one.

Still finishing up my first fixie. Nothing special, just a centurion accordo rs conversion. I'll post it on the ss/fg when completed, but in the meantime here's one of the newest members of the fam...

This is my almost 3 and a half year old rabbit Horace. I got him on a random impulse in college but he has turned into a great pet. He is litter box trained so he just hops around my apartment, takes a lot of naps, does bunny things...

lounging on the bed

Unfortunately I'm not in a place where I can get a dog yet, but this is Cooper my parents newest golden retriever as a puppy and now he's about 6 months old.

he has a thing for deck chairs

i can't wait to move somewhere I can get a dog, hoping to get one of his puppies if they decide to breed him.
