130 miles, 30 mph average... if you forget to turn off the garmin.
Otherwise, 30 miles at 40 degrees....

I did that, too, yesterday. Max speed - 58.7 mph. I am equally awesome.

I didn't forget to turn mine off, but somehow managed to ride more than 2000 miles in just over 4 hours (clicky) last month while riding around San Luis Obispo/Avila Beach/Morro Bay.
Since it was mostly a day for siteseeing, my max speed was only 36.6, but my average speed was 486.8.

Superior fitness through satellite technology! Should be Garmin's new ad-campaign.

I would argue that those abs are placed a little too high to be anatomically sensible.
