cyclops Fluid2 making a squeaky noise....any ideas?

cyclops Fluid2 making a squeaky noise....any ideas?

I bought the trainer off of a friend a year ago and this morning I noticed it is making a squeaking noise

I wasn't in the bike but was just moving the fly wheel with my hand and could hear a faint noise

the person I bought it from used to work at a local lbs and said if there were issues he'd get it looked at for me.

not sure if this is something I should be too worried about ??

Is there fluid leaking from the resistance unit? Mine started leaking and along with is a bit of a squeaking noise.

I'll double check for fluid but I did not see any this morning

use a good cleaner on the roller and clean the tire as well.

Something could be rubbing. I had a similar thing happen with one. A spacer fixed it.

Noise from the resistance unit often meant impeller failure. That was on the old models, don't know if that still happens.
