unmounting cateye strada wireless rd300w

Hello, I have just installed cateye strada rd300w on my stem, and was wondering after putting the unit itself on the bracket, how do I unmount the unit again? The bracket, I can just easily take it out, but the unit clicked on to the bracket, and I can't seem to dismoutn it again. For instance, I want to take the computer itself out, so I don't have to worry about being stolen.
Thank you

While pressing down firmly, slide the computer forward. It will disengage from the bracket. Don't force it, though. The clip on the bracket is somewhat fragile; it can last years, but when it breaks it will do so suddenly. Extra brackets are available from dealers or through cateye for $2. You might order one through cateye just to have onhand if your LBS doesn't stock them.

There is a tab at the back of the mount that must be depressed to release the head unit. Press down firmly on it and the head should slide out forward.
