you guys might've seen this, I know some of you have. I'll have a new pic in a couple days with the rest of the dura ace 25th anniversary group on there. Also, the rear disc, as much as I love it, shows a little fracturing I'm not too keen on. I will be running a wheel-builders cover on my Mavic Kyserium. White of course. Gumwall tires. It's gonna be hot.

I love it. Get it finished and show us more. You have given me an idea for an extra Trek 660 I have around -- A Tri bike, but maybe SS. A couple of years ago, I sold a disk wheel. One of the few sales I regret.

Hey guys...yup, that's my new Ironman. It is a little taller than most of my bikes, but that just brings the seatpost down to "fist full" proportions. The top tube is pretty close to everything else I have. I'll probably put on a longer stem, possibly add some wider bars, and change that saddle to a white Concor (then replace that with a white Arione when I find one). Glad to be part of the club! I think this is the first bike I've had that my wife made an unsolicited comment about...she thinks it pretty.

Yeah, depending on the top tube measurement, that might be perfect. I normally ride a 58cm ctc seat tube and this one is a 60, but it seems to work out fine.

Well there you go, that's just about right. With a 120 to 130 stem it's perfect.

Quick updated picture after adjusting the bars, changing the saddle, lowering the seat post a bit, and putting on different tires.

Thought I'd give it a little "tri." This may be my last summer of chasing carbon cowboys.
I need to look good doing it.

That is a 27.2 seatpost. It was all I could find, and it fit, but I know exactly of which you speak. drrobwave has an '88, and it's definitely a 27.0, while I used a 27.2 in my '88 of the same color and model. My '89's used 27.2's. Go figure.

Even worse, my SLX Cinelli Supercorsa is simply NOT going to take a 27.2, now that I've scarred up 2 trying to get them in more than 1/2" It's actually going to use a 26.8
