Helmet sizing!
just got a las squalo...love it, but questioning the size.
head measures 59.5 and i got a L/XL which is 57-63cm
the S/M is 54-59cm
can't try on S/M...LBS don't stock...i ordered the L/XL from wiggle.
any one else have this situation of being between sizes with this helmet or any other helmet?
curious if anyone between sizes goes smaller.

Seems like the S/M would be too small, based on your head size. You wear a helmet to protect your noggin, not to look cool. All helmets look pretty goofy IMO. I just use them and don't worry about how it looks to others.

I wear normal road helmets. My head is always in between sizes. I size up so that I can fit stuff underneath such as in the winter or extreme heat of the summer (I shave my head and sometimes need sun protection).

I don't wear a helmet because I've been in more accidents with than without and my first helmet's still fine and dandy. Never really crashed on it / feels uncomfortable.
I grabbed the biggest one my LBS would stock, though, so I don't think I can give you much help on in-between sizing. Perhaps wear a beanie or you get one that's slightly bigger? That's what I do with my snowboard helmet. If smaller, you can remove some of the comfort lining of your helmet.

Get one-size fits all $40 helmet from Amazon... it adjusts! But if you want to look cool (while staying warm) in the winter and be safe all at the same time then get what my ancestors have been wearing for generations:
